Our standard return policy is as follows. Any item purchased from our online store may be returned or exchanged, depending on the item and circumstance within 30 days of its receipt. No return will be accepted by Sport Station, Inc. without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER written boldly on the outside of the package. Please contact customer service at customerservice@sportstation.com or by calling (888) 481-8775 to start the return process. Below is a list of exclusions and conditions for returning or exchanging your purchase. Please read them carefully.
All Returns must still be in BRAND NEW SELLABLE CONDITION. If an item is returned to us opened, played with, broken or in the case of clothing worn with tags removed we cannot accept it back. If any of the above un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Please pack your returns with extreme care, as you are responsible for the condition of the items returned. Once the returned item has been received back by our warehouse, inspected and deemed ready for resale, your refund will be processed minus the original shipping charge.
If the return was due to an error on our part (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the shipment of the item, its return, and the reshipment of the correct item, so feel confident that you will get what you pay for. If the package is larger than normal or has a very high value, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange for its return. . Please contact us with any unusual circumstances prior to making your return.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (for example- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the you the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs back to our warehouse. In certain instances such as items that are not shipped from our Orange, California warehouse (see product details) we also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items. All custom orders are not returnable, and embroidered items such as Antigua apparel orders are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee as they are embroidered as they are sold.
Packages that are returned to us marked as "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee which is imposed solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, we will accept no responsibility. We have no control over the addresses that are typed on the checkout pages as they are automatically fed into our system, so please make sure you have typed in the correct address.
We cannot be held responsible for lost return / exchange packages during transit. We highly recommend that your package be insured with a delivery confirmation.
All refunds will be applied to the original means of payment. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. Please don't forget to include your order number with any return.
